We measure occupancy for vehicles in the same category at the same store. Between 0% and 80% occupancy, the price rises gradually from your minimum to your maximum. At 80% or above, it stays at the maximum.
This first version uses occupancy rules, not a trained prediction model. It does not yet use competitor prices or bookings from other systems. A small fleet provides a limited sample.
The additional 10% does not apply to deposits, extras, manual bookings or days outside the period. It is calculated on the rental value recorded on Ridom. Refunds reduce the additional commission on receipts proportionally.

Your company tax number, legal name, contact details and store location. After registration, the platform guides you through adding at least one vehicle before you continue to the dashboard. Your application is reviewed before partner activation.
Choose a make and model from the shared catalogue. Reference photos and specifications are filled in automatically where available. Check that they match your vehicle, then add its actual year, from 2015 onwards, registration plate, price and included features.

You set your vehicle's price and included features. Separate what is included in the rental from optional paid services, with a daily or per-booking price as appropriate.
Commercial terms are provided before partner activation. The customer advance equals the Ridom commission and is included in the total price. Registration does not ask for card details.
The customer pays a prepayment online and you collect the rest at the store, when they pick up the vehicle. On every booking card you always see the amount you have to collect. Ridom issues the receipt for the prepayment and your store issues the receipt for the rest. Bookings you enter yourself are collected entirely at the store.
